Marc Gilchrist is a leadership and organizational development professional with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development and years of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, develop leaders, and create environments where people can thrive.Throughout his career, Marc has worked with individuals and teams to better understand the factors that shape behavior, influence decision-making, and drive meaningful growth. Over time, he began to recognize that many of the same principles that impact organizations also influence the spiritual lives of believers. The patterns that shape culture, leadership, habits, and personal transformation often reveal deeper truths about the condition of the human heart.Today, Marc is focused on helping Christians navigate the challenges of everyday life with greater clarity, faith, and intentionality. Through writing, teaching, and discipleship, he explores the relationship between spiritual condition, thought patterns, emotional responses, and the events that shape our journey with Christ.Marc lives in California with his wife and two daughters.
